The InvestEngine team is currently seeking a skilled Design Lead to elevate the team and the product to the standards of top global fintechs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three designers
• Coordinate designers with other departments, overseeing the verification, distribution, and execution of all design tasks
• Implement a design system to enhance team productivity
• Lead the transition of the product interface to a new level
• Integrate new branding into the UI

Ideal Candidate

• Proficient in design craft with several successful UI/UX cases to share
• Experienced in enhancing the performance of a design team, including implementing a design system
• Makes design decisions based on data and metrics and has experience conducting user tests
• Can work independently and is ready to take responsibility for setting and completing key team goals
